Daniela is the Director of Studies of Marble Hill Law School which specialises in courses on law and English for lawyers, law students, legal translators and legal secretaries. Daniela began her career teaching English and managing courses at a language school but then changed to law in order to qualify as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2002. After qualification, she worked as a corporate lawyer for Morgan Cole (now Blake Morgan) in the City of London and Reading. Her experience includes advising and acting for UK and international companies on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters such as cross border acquisitions, corporate finance and banking, corporate restructuring, joint ventures and other commercial contracts. She has also spent many years as a university lecturer in Business Law and Private Acquisitions at BPP University’s Law School in London.

Career Highlights and Key Clients:
Before becoming a lawyer, Daniela studied History and Philosophy at Lancaster University and went on to complete a Masters in Philosophy at Warwick University in the UK. She then worked as Director of Studies for saes, Seminar for Advanced English Studies, teaching English and acting as course leader for international students.
In 1997 Daniela embarked on the study of law at the University of Kiel in Germany and at The College of Law in Chester to qualify as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2002. She spent 6 years working for a large commercial law firm as a corporate lawyer in the City of London and Reading, where she specialised in mergers and acquisitions and advised clients in various industries, particularly in the energy, health and pharmaceutical sector, on all key aspects of business law. During her time as a practicing solicitor Daniela also spent some time on secondment working in-house for clients including RAC and Vernalis Plc.
In 2008 Daniela joined BPP University Law School as a lecturer to teach Business Law and Private Acquisitions to postgraduates on the Legal Practice Course.
In 2014 she combined her legal expertise with her love of teaching the English language and founded Marble Hill Law School, offering a wide variety of courses on Legal English and the Law for all members of the legal profession. She also continues to lecture on Business and Company Law at BPP University in London.
