- To ensure that I high level of service is provided at all times, ENLITE Training Institutes listens and responds to its clients queries, concerns, comments, feedback, requirements and views.
- ENLITE Training Institute will make an effort to respond to any issues within three (3) business days and address or resolve the matter within ten (10) business days. If resolution is delayed or difficult due to further investigation being required or third party involvement, ENLITE Training Institute will update the client accordingly.
- ENLITE Training Institute’s response to any issue will comprise an explanation, justification and any remedial action to be taken.
- The client is encouraged to raise or address any matter as soon as it comes to their attention for it to be addressed immediately or within reasonable time to prevent any issue that may arise.
